My name is Jayden Woodard and I am 20 years old. I was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I graduated from community college in August with my associate’s degree in fine arts. I moved to Texas in August of 2024, where I continue to pursue my love for art and explore new opportunities. Around 9 years old, I began to teach myself by drawing cartoon characters or finding a portrait online and drawing what I saw. I fell off during middle school, but happily picked it back up in high school. After playing certain sports, I learned that art is my strong suit. I never really knew how to paint until I was 17, even then I didn't know what I was doing. It wasn't until a year later that I became better at it due to lots of practice. When I paint, it's like nothing else matters. Especially when I have my headphones on full blast, It's like music and art were made to go together! I can't wait to create so many more pieces and truly let myself go with my art and discover something truly beautiful. I hope I get to explore the art world more, create many amazing adventures, and meet plenty of talented artists!
